FastVax, a rapidly growing full-service vaccination service provider based in Chalfont, PA, is seeking a Director of Operations with documented experience and competencies in operations as well as a history of increasing responsibilities over time.
The successful applicant must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position with documented accomplishments and an ability to work well under demanding constraints while ensuring full customer satisfaction and meeting both day-to-day goals and long-term objectives. The primary task will be to schedule vaccination clinics in schools, senior facilities, pharmacies, physician offices, employee workplaces, public settings etc. collaborating closely with senior management of customer organizations. In addition, the successful candidate will also be responsible for recruiting, credentialing and training nurses and pharmacists conducting the vaccination clinics for FastVax. Further, the Director is expected to develop and implement internal policies and guidelines while meeting financial and other company objectives.
Exceptional organizational skills are a key requirement as is the ability to work successfully with both external and internal customers to ensure success.
The selected candidate must also be able to work well independently and in a group, possess excellent communication skills, and show attention to detail. Proficiency with standard office computer software is required. Experience with forecasting and using project planning software and/or CRM software a plus. Although a background in health care is not an absolute requirement it is nevertheless helpful, as is some sales experience.

documented experience and competencies in resolving insurance claims and
managing patient accounts as well as a history of increasing
responsibilities over time.
You must be credentialed, have a
minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position with documented
accomplishments and an ability to work well under demanding constraints
while meeting both day-to-day goals and long-term objectives. It goes
without saying that you are expected to have an excellent command of
billing processes, insurance procedures and claims processing.
The
selected candidate must also be able to work well independently and in a
group, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and
show attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with standard office
computer software is required and with HealthFusion's billing software a
plus.

Pharmaceutical Account Executive - Immediate Full-Time Opening
FastVax is expanding its sales force and is seeking an Account
Executive based in New Jersey with a minimum of 5 years sales experience
and documented over-and-above performance against sales objectives.
Pharmaceutical sales experience, particularly with vaccine
responsibility, is an asset but not essential.
The successful
applicant must be a highly motivated individual who possesses
exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, as
well as be fully dependable, a self-starter and able to work well
individually and in a team.
The primary responsibility of the
job will be to contract businesses, pharmacies, senior facilities,
schools, and other organizations to partner with FastVax for conducting
clinics to vaccinate against influenza and other medical conditions. A
high level of professionalism in attitude and appearance is required.
Attainment of both short and long term objectives while ensuring full
customer satisfaction are essential requirements of the job.
The
position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing. Minimum
requirement is a bachelor's degree in business or science. Proficiency
with standard computer software is required.
